Established in 1977, Craftsmen Homes has over 35 years experience building in the Macedon Ranges and surrounding areas. As a result we are Platinum Members of the HIA (Housing Industry Association), and are registered Domestic and Commercial builders with the Building Practitioners Board Victoria.
Director Tom Johnston is a 3rd Generation Builder/Carpenter with over 45 years building experience, and over 30 years building in the Sunbury and surrounding area. In 2007 the 4th generation "Johnston" carpenter, Mark, Tom's son, joined Craftsmen Homes in a Supervisory role, after nearly 10 years "on the tools".
We are Sunbury's original resident builder, having been involved (and originally situated) in the "Goonawarra Estate", before moving to our current address at 4 Sussex Court Sunbury.
At Craftsmen Homes we work together with you to create your dream home. No standard plans or colour schemes. When decisions are required we work with you to make them, as we are all part of the same team.
